Not only $23 per tonne, the govt got about $23 per bottle in various taxes.
But the climate control doesn't do much work. It is all inside an old refrigerated shipping container. (They insulate real well.
Thought of putting it underground, but hit a few snags. A shipping container is probably cheaper than digging & lining a cellar, and it is portable (if I don't like the position then just move it. AND I can take it withe me if I move.)
Also this is about 10 metres from the bigfella salt water, am not sure if digging a cellar that close to the Pacific is going to work.

Climate controlled. No thoughts of putting it underground?

My whole house isn't much bigger than that!
There's almost enough stuff there to cary us through a Tim Blair open thread!
Uh oh. Beware. Blairites at large. You've opened yourself to bad jokes, bad running jokes, and bad worn out jokes (according to Daniel Lewis).
